When a modern couple are celebrating the husbands work achievements, their night is interrupted when they realize that they arent alone in the house. An old patient of Marcus (the husband) has returned to seek his revenge, which results in him being shot.
Suddenly the scene changes to him being fully recovered and working with another client.
We assume that next the main character will have recurring issues with an old patient and maybe something more sinister.
The fear is being created by having as murder or a brutal attack in the main opening.
